Develop and execute growth strategies, research markets, identify partnership and acquisition opportunities, improve user experience, engagement, and retention, run targeted campaigns, analyze performance data, track KPIs, and identify new growth opportunities for BitOK.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field
- Fluent knowledge of English and Russian
- At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
- Deep understanding of the crypto industry and blockchain technology
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently
