You will optimize funnels and onboarding to maximize retention and engagement. You will analyze data, define success metrics, and report progress to stakeholders. You will collaborate with product and marketing to craft and test new growth tactics.

Requirements

• Spanish or Portuguese speaker
• Experience growing from 0 to 1k users
• Willingness to engage in operational tasks including responding to Reddit threads
