About the Role
Design and run growth experiments, automated outreach and content systems, and AI-powered analytics. Identify and close partnerships, lead co-marketing and ecosystem programs, manage external communications and community growth, and execute multi-channel GTM campaigns while tracking funnel results.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in growth, partnerships, or marketing at a startup, Web3 project, or developer-focused company
- Proven ability to close and activate partnerships, with testimonials
- Fluency with AI tools for productivity, content creation, and automation
- Strong written communication
- Data-driven growth measurement mindset
- Ability to work asynchronously and independently
- Experience in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or developer tools is a nice-to-have
- Background in community building or developer relations is a nice-to-have
- Familiarity with Make, Zapier, or n8n is a nice-to-have
- Experience running influencer or KOL campaigns is a nice-to-have
Responsibilities
- Design and run AI-assisted growth experiments
- Build automated outreach and content-repurposing pipelines
- Use analytics to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships
- Build co-marketing programs, integration deals, and ecosystem alliances
- Manage partnership outreach, negotiation, activation, and measurement
- Run external communications across social, newsletters, and developer forums
- Grow a community of node operators, validators, and Web3 developers
- Design and execute multi-channel GTM campaigns
- Track funnel metrics and iterate rapidly
- Use AI agents and tools daily for research, writing, and outreach
- Build scalable systems for growth execution
