About the Role
You will own the data foundation, including the data lake, analytics stack, Snowflake pipelines, data models, tracking, and dashboards. You will analyze user behavior and funnel performance to inform product investments, instrument product-led sales signals, and build in-product growth experiences. You will also run activation and reactivation campaigns, ship focused experiments, measure results, and work across product, sales, marketing, and engineering.

- Build and operate the data lake and analytics stack
- Own Snowflake pipelines, data models, and data quality

- Build in-product upsells, onboarding flows, and sales-meeting actions
- Run email activation and reactivation campaigns
- Ship and evaluate focused growth experiments
