About the Role
You will lead the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from scoping and researching tools through solution design, testing, and rollout. You will embed AI tools into business workflows, measure outcomes, proactively remove blockers, and create repeatable best practices. You will manage initiative delivery, build dashboards and reporting, maintain milestones and quality, and align stakeholders across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Midjourney
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver quality under pressure
- Clear stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- English proficiency and Mandarin fluency
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Drive AI initiatives from scoping and tool research through solution design, testing, and rollout
- Embed AI tools into business workflows and track measurable outcomes
- Identify and proactively resolve blockers
- Research emerging AI tools and synthesize findings into repeatable best practices
- Manage progress, milestones, and quality for key initiatives
- Build dashboards and reporting for initiative updates and decision-making
- Deliver new initiatives in ambiguous and fast-changing situations
- Identify collaboration friction and drive cross-functional alignment
