About the Role

You will set product direction, turn evolving model capabilities into reliable workflows, and lead products from problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration. You will work with research, engineering, design, growth, marketing, and support; build evaluation frameworks; study users and markets; and manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience or 8+ years in product-judgment roles
• Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers
• Fluency in generative media
• Hands-on experience prototyping or shipping with AI models and tools
• Cross-functional leadership
• Technical and product communication
• Understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs
• Ability to operate in ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Define product bets for AI video creation
• Translate model capabilities into reliable product experiences
• Create coherent creative workflows across generation, editing, iteration, and publishing
• Evaluate generated media for quality, controllability, consistency, latency, cost, and usefulness
• Research users, markets, and emerging creative communities
• Own products from ambiguous problems through prototype, launch, measurement, and iteration
• Define success metrics and build evaluation frameworks
• Partner on positioning, launches, education, and distribution
• Manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers
