About the Role
You will work with customers to understand objectives and design GPU-platform solutions. You will lead architectural discussions, resolve complex technical challenges, communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering, create technical enablement content, and travel as required.
Requirements
- Experience with structured sales engagement models such as MEDDPIC, Sandler, or BANT
- Expertise in GPU hardware, bare metal, virtualized cloud delivery, AI and ML frameworks, and MLOps orchestration
- Knowledge of AI models, algorithms, libraries, compilers, and runtimes
- GPU benchmarking and workload testing experience
- Experience with Kubernetes and Slurm
- Understanding of x86 server hardware architecture and Linux
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and Ansible
- Networking knowledge including InfiniBand and RoCE or UEC Ethernet
- NCCL or RCCL performance optimization experience
- High-performance storage experience
- 5+ years of application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting experience
- 4+ years of solutions engineering, sales engineering, professional services, or consulting experience
- 3+ years deploying GPU-based AI, ML, and analytics solutions
Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their objectives
- Create solutions and architectures for complex customer use cases
- Build customer relationships independently of account executives
- Educate customers on platform value and solution possibilities
- Lead architectural discussions and design exercises
- Provide customer feedback to Engineering and Product Management
- Lead resolution of complex customer challenges
- Create reference architectures, white papers, workshops, and demonstrations
- Travel up to 25%
