About the Role

You will lead and deliver technical implementations for public sector clients working with digital assets. You will design and operationalize custody procedures and governance frameworks, draft and respond to complex RFPs and RFIs, implement institutional reporting and compliance integrations, and act as the primary technical liaison to senior government stakeholders. You will operate with minimal oversight in regulated environments and travel onsite to support high-priority client implementations when required.

Requirements

  • 10 - 15 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in crypto or digital assets
  • Direct experience managing and implementing systems for federal or state agencies
  • Program management experience working with a U.S. federal agency that has launched a digital asset program
  • Demonstrated success managing and drafting complex RFP and RFI submissions
  • Demonstrated experience with institutional-grade reporting compliance frameworks and secure integrations
  • Intermediate knowledge of crypto custody infrastructure and secure key management
  • Proven ability to work across government law enforcement or regulatory institutions to drive implementation
  • Willingness to travel for onsite support and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
