About the Role
You will develop and execute government-affairs and stakeholder-engagement strategy across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will monitor policy developments, prepare advocacy materials, build government relationships, support commercial opportunities, represent the organization at forums, and ensure legal compliance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of government affairs, public policy, diplomacy, regulatory affairs, public-sector consulting, or industry association experience

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute government-affairs and stakeholder-engagement strategy
- Build relationships with government and public-sector stakeholders
- Monitor legislative, regulatory, and public-policy developments
- Develop consultation responses, policy submissions, briefing materials, and talking points
- Support business-development opportunities with commercial and public-sector sales teams
- Collaborate on responsible-AI and technology-policy messaging
- Represent the organization at associations, partnerships, conferences, and policy forums
- Manage external government-affairs consultants, advisors, and trade associations
- Ensure lobbying and political activities comply with applicable laws and policies
- Support regional government-affairs initiatives across the GCC
