About the Role
You will lead the marketing function end-to-end, from research and strategy to creative development, execution, and continuous improvement. You will manage and grow the marketing team, set and track performance metrics, optimize campaigns using real-time analytics, and promote marketing initiatives across the company. You will act as a bridge to developer communities, understand developer needs, develop education and documentation, scope and evaluate developer grants, and advocate for developers in foundation activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communication, web3.
- Bachelor's degree
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing team from initial research through strategy and execution
