About the Role

As a Global HR Business Partner, you will join Rapyd’s growing HR team in Bogotá, Colombia, aligning HR initiatives and functions with business objectives across LATAM and US business units. You will lead strategic HR projects, provide day-to-day support, advise managers, manage talent programs, resolve employee relations issues, and coordinate with Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a global technology company.
  • Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent development, change management, and culture programs.
  • Proactive, independent operator able to multitask, prioritize, and thrive through ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative nature.
  • Prior HR experience supporting cross-border teams spanning North America and Latin American fintech or payment markets is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR programs and policies aligned with business strategy and priorities.
  • Provide HR guidance and consultation to managers across LATAM and the US.
  • Lead performance management, talent advisory, leadership assessment, workforce planning, and recruitment planning.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Manage complex cross-functional HR projects.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition and supported business units.
