About the Role

You will align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives across LATAM and US business units. You will lead strategic HR projects while providing day-to-day support, partner with business leaders, advise managers, manage talent programs, resolve employee relations issues, and coordinate with Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a global technology company.
  • Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent development, change management, and culture programs.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Prior HR experience supporting cross-border teams spanning North America and Latin American fintech or payment markets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR programs and policies aligned with business strategy and priorities.
  • Provide HR guidance and consultation to managers across LATAM and the US.
  • Lead performance management, talent advisory, leadership assessment, workforce planning, and recruitment planning.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Manage complex cross-functional HR projects.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition and supported business units.
