Contribute technical or research skills to engineering, protocol research, AI, and product efforts in Web3. Build or support open-source software and infrastructure, conduct research in protocols, ZK, cryptography, and DeFi, and communicate findings clearly to distributed teams.

Requirements

• Background in engineering, computer science, mathematics, cryptography, finance, AI/ML, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience building or supporting Web3 products, DeFi, or Layer 1/Layer 2 infrastructure
• Experience or interest in protocol design, ZK systems, applied cryptography, MEV, or governance mechanisms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across distributed asynchronous teams
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Passion for Ethereum and open-source software

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering and research projects in Web3
• Build and maintain open-source software and infrastructure
• Conduct research on protocol design, ZK systems, and applied cryptography
• Analyze DeFi, MEV, governance, and tokenomics problems
• Document and communicate technical findings to distributed teams
• Participate in community and open-source initiatives
