About the Role
You will own an end-to-end project, from understanding the problem and choosing an approach to building, shipping, and improving the solution. You may develop coding agents, frontend components, or operational automation. You will gather feedback, make technical decisions, test, document, roll out, and iterate on your work.
Requirements
- Be available for 3–6 months
- Be based in Berlin or willing to relocate for an in-person fellowship
- Demonstrate the ability to build working software through projects, open-source contributions, previous work, or other work samples
- Explain decisions, ask for help when needed, and follow through
- Learn quickly and take ownership of outcomes
Responsibilities
- Own projects end to end, from problem definition through delivery and adoption
- Build and ship software solutions for engineering, product, or operational problems
- Make technical decisions and trade-offs
- Gather feedback from people who use your work and improve solutions
- Test, document, roll out, and iterate on delivered projects
- Turn ambiguous briefs into practical plans and working solutions
