Informal Systems Inc. is a remote-first workers' cooperative that develops and incubates trustworthy software and financial infrastructure. Its current model supports initiatives including Quint, an executable-specification platform; Cycles, an open clearing protocol; Hydro, an interchain liquidity allocator; and Emerald, an EVM-compatible network framework. Informal also maintains research, engineering, security, and ecosystem-support activities while transitioning some legacy service businesses.
