About the Role
You will spend three months developing a proof of concept and implementation plan for a solution to an important problem. You will identify and refine a problem, draft a strategy, build a prototype or initial research output, receive feedback, and prepare to develop the work through a new or existing organisation.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong strategic judgement in under-scoped areas
- Demonstrate initiative, judgement, and commitment to high-impact problems
- Have experience founding, running, or scaling an organisation, a strong track record in a fast-moving mission-driven organisation, or exceptional early-career initiative
Responsibilities
- Identify and refine an important problem to address
- Develop a strategy and implementation plan
- Produce a prototype solution, research output, or organisational foundations
- Test key assumptions and incorporate feedback
- Participate in calls and milestone check-ins
