Manage operations related to PayPay Charge, including coordination with financial institutions and gateways, charging infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting erroneous charges, refunds, invoice verification, payment processing, process improvement, and management of dispatched and contract employees.

Requirements

  • Experience establishing, reforming, or improving operational processes
  • Ability to define, structure, and articulate problems and drive solutions for undefined challenges
  • Ability to prioritize and independently manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Experience building consensus among stakeholders with differing interests and completing projects
  • Experience reviewing or reforming business processes from an overall optimization perspective
  • Excel VBA or SQL skills are desirable

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procedures, adjustments, schedules, and operations with financial institutions
  • Negotiate payment-cost optimization and handle external inquiries
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with financial institutions and gateways
  • Establish operational structures for stable charging infrastructure
  • Organize response policies for erroneous charges and charging errors
  • Coordinate stakeholders and drive refund operations
  • Verify invoices, process payments, and improve related processes
  • Direct and manage dispatched and contract employees
  • Design task operations and manage progress and quality
