About the Role

Execute and support the full operational lifecycle of Hyperithm's fund business, including fund back-office and middle-office operations, external provider management, overseas investment-manager licensing, regulatory filings, investor onboarding, and coordination with trading, sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of fund-operations experience at a global asset-management firm
  • Hands-on experience establishing and registering a licensed investment manager in an overseas jurisdiction
  • Working knowledge of regulations across major fund jurisdictions
  • Professional written and verbal English fluency
  • Preferred: experience with offshore hedge fund structures, fund tokenization initiatives, digital asset markets, or direct external service-provider management

Responsibilities

  • Oversee fund operations including NAV calculation and review, subscriptions and redemptions, investor reporting, and fund-accounting oversight
  • Manage fund administrators, auditors, legal counsel, and banking partners
  • Support establishment, licensing, and regulatory filings for overseas investment-management entities
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on fund structures and operations
  • Build and improve operational controls, workflows, and documentation
  • Support fundraising through investor onboarding, KYC/AML coordination, and due-diligence responses
