About the Role
You design, build, and deploy full-stack identity solutions for government and enterprise customers. You translate customer requirements into production-ready systems, develop backend services and web or mobile applications, contribute to Rust codebases, advise partners on identity standards and privacy, and manage deployments and post-launch support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building backend systems
- Experience with statically typed languages such as Rust, Go, C#, or Java
- Experience with modern web frontends such as React and TypeScript
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts
- Cloud infrastructure and DevOps experience
- Customer or stakeholder communication experience
- U.S. residence
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack solutions
- Collaborate with delivery leads, engineers, and UX designers
- Translate customer requirements into technical architectures
- Advise partners on open identity standards and privacy practices
- Build backend services and web or mobile applications
- Contribute to Rust codebases
