About the Role
You will contribute to the development and maintenance of full-stack applications that power core products and platforms. You'll build responsive, performant user interfaces using React while developing and maintaining backend services in Go within event-driven architectures. You'll work with microservices in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, participate in architecture discussions, and collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features end-to-end. You'll monitor and debug your code in production, write automated tests, follow CI/CD best practices, participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and join the on-call rotation to support production systems.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in React and modern frontend development practices
- Backend experience in Go or a similar language
- Understanding of microservices architecture and event-based communication patterns
- Exposure to container orchestration and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
- Basic understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Ability to assist in troubleshooting production issues and analyzing system behavior
