About the Role
You will build user-facing agent-management workflows and polished frontend experiences. You will own features from database models through APIs and UI, design workflows for deployment and governance, integrate external systems, write tests, and make execution behavior visible and usable.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack product engineering experience
- React and TypeScript expertise
- Component design, state management, forms, data-heavy screens, and interaction design experience
- Backend experience with Ruby on Rails or a comparable MVC web framework
- PostgreSQL, background jobs, caching, external APIs, and production product behavior experience
- Testing experience
- Knowledge of AI, LLMs, agents, workflows, tools, traces, and human-in-the-loop product needs
- Existing authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Build user-facing platform experiences for deployments, observability, onboarding, integrations, settings, and administration
- Ship frontend work using React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind, Hotwire, Stimulus, and Rails components
- Own full-stack features across database models, services, controllers, jobs, APIs, and UI
- Design workflows for permissions, authentication, environment variables, LLM connections, logs, traces, secrets, and human review
- Integrate external identity, developer, communications, CRM, billing, cloud, and LLM systems
- Write tests across Rails and frontend code
- Partner with runtime and open-source engineers to make execution behavior debuggable and usable
