About the Role

You will own real-time fraud monitoring, alerting, and automated mitigation. You will investigate emerging threats, develop behavioral signals and scoring logic, build internal tools and dashboards, define operational playbooks, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to reduce fraud risk.

Requirements

• Strong interest in scam tactics and attacker behavior
• Exceptional ability to identify hidden signals in noisy transaction and behavioral data
• High ownership and ability to drive results in ambiguous environments
• Knowledge of coding or willingness to learn coding with modern AI agents
• Fintech, neobank, or issuer processor experience is a plus
• Web3 or crypto fraud experience is a plus
• Consumer fraud experience is a plus
• Experience scaling early-stage fraud operations teams is a plus
• Knowledge of card and payment fraud mechanics is a plus
