About the Role
You will protect clients’ intellectual property from digital risks across online marketplaces, social media, and other platforms. You will identify and respond to counterfeit goods, impersonation, piracy, and unauthorized sales; analyze infringement trends; and help develop tailored protection strategies. As a key user of AI-powered brand-protection tools, you will provide feedback that improves product capabilities and operational efficiency. You will work with legal, AI, and Customer Success stakeholders to strengthen protection processes and proactively address emerging risks.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to counterfeit goods, impersonation, piracy, and unauthorized sales across digital platforms.
- Provide feedback on AI-powered brand-protection solutions and improve product and operational efficiency.
- Analyze infringement trends and market data to derive insights.
- Develop protection strategies with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the execution of tailored client protection strategies.
- Collaborate with Legal, AI, and Customer Success teams to improve brand-protection processes.
- Identify emerging risks proactively and develop response strategies.
- Build effective detection and response processes for brand infringement across digital channels.
