About the Role
Define the technical architecture and long-term vision while building and shipping the core platform. Work directly with the CEO on product, strategy, and commercial execution, deliver the MVP, onboard early customers, develop the canonical data model, integrate external data, and establish engineering, infrastructure, and security practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to deliver products in a technology startup environment
- Experience integrating third-party data providers and APIs in production environments
- Experience with complex data models and multi-party workflows
- Experience in full-stack web development, data analysis, and applied AI
- Experience building products in regulated or highly structured industries is advantageous
- Familiarity with compliance-aware system design, including auditability, permissions, data lineage, and security by default
- Exposure to marketplace, platform, or workflow orchestration systems
- Prior experience as an early or founding engineer at a startup
- Appetite for experimenting with new technologies and tools to drive innovation and creativity
Responsibilities
- Architect and build the core Konduit platform
- Deliver the MVP and onboard early customers
- Contribute to product strategy and commercial goals to identify opportunities for rapid customer value
- Establish engineering best practices, infrastructure, and security foundations
- Develop the canonical data model underpinning the platform
- Integrate external data sources to power an intelligent allocation layer
