About the Role
You design build and maintain internal tools platforms and AI powered solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency. You troubleshoot performance and reliability issues contribute to observability initiatives implement AI security guardrails and help establish secure scalable engineering practices. You partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and continuously improve developer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building and operating production systems
- Proficiency in Ruby Golang JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with backend services APIs and distributed systems
- Knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience optimizing database queries and application performance
- Experience building developer tools internal platforms or AI powered applications
- Knowledge of software design system architecture testing and CI/CD
- Familiarity with AI security practices is a plus
- Knowledge of payment systems fintech infrastructure or blockchain is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain internal tools platforms and AI powered solutions
- Support tooling for Engineering Product and Operations teams
- Identify and resolve performance and operational inefficiencies
- Improve system reliability scalability and throughput
- Contribute to observability monitoring and operational excellence
- Implement AI security guardrails and governance mechanisms
- Develop and promote engineering standards and best practices
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver solutions
- Gather stakeholder feedback and improve developer experience
