About the Role
You will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and efficient end-to-end features for Glider.fi. You will solve complex declarative trading and vertical-solution challenges, working across backend infrastructure, on-chain swaps, and frontend Web3 user experiences.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Understand frontend and backend technologies deeply.
- Have expertise in Next.js, tRPC, TypeScript, Tailwind, Radix UI, Zustand, react-spring, Vitest, and Synpress.
- Be familiar with Viem, Wagmi, permissionless.js, Pimlico, SIWE, and ZeroDev Kernel Smart Accounts.
- Have strong Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, Drizzle, Axiom, and Sentry skills.
- Be able to work with Python-based solvers.
- Demonstrate the ability to design and implement novel solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a deep interest in crypto and decentralized finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and efficient end-to-end features for the Glider.fi flagship product.
- Solve challenges related to declarative trading and vertical solutions with creative, well-architected approaches.
- Work across backend infrastructure, on-chain swaps, and frontend Web3 user experiences to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
