About the Role
You will work closely with the founders to execute high-priority administrative, strategic, operational, and financial initiatives. You will manage varied workstreams, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and help identify and implement AI tools that improve efficiency across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with top marks
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, consulting, or technology
- Experience working closely with founders in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluency in German and English
Responsibilities
- Own and execute varied high-priority workstreams and tasks
- Support founders on strategic, operational, and financial initiatives
- Extend the founders' capacity through proactive support
- Ensure clear communication with internal teams and external partners, including lawyers and notaries
- Research and help implement AI tools across departments
