About the Role
You will lead government deployments from prototype to production. You will embed with public-sector customers, build observable full-stack applications, guide adoption, manage delivery, build reusable practices, and provide feedback that informs product and model development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance or equivalent
- Experience delivering complex systems in ambiguous environments
- Production-grade frontend and backend development experience
- Python, JavaScript, or similar stack experience
- Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform familiarity
- Experience building or deploying LLM or generative-model systems
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across government deployments
- Embed with public-sector customers to design and build model-powered applications
- Deliver observable systems spanning infrastructure and applications
- Prototype and build full-stack systems
- Guide customers on business and operational value
- Manage customer leadership and stakeholder relationships
- Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers
- Contribute code when needed
- Codify reusable tools, playbooks, and building blocks
- Share field feedback with Research and Product
