About the Role
You will work directly with robotics and physical-AI customers to take generative AI models from prototype to production. You will develop and optimize integrations for real robots, identify valuable use cases, and turn research techniques into practical solutions across hosted, on-premises, and edge environments.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a robotics engineer, forward deployed engineer, or technical founder
- Experience working directly with customers on tailored generative AI model solutions
- Hands-on experience with action or VLA models, including π0, π0.5, or LeRobot
- Experience with imitation learning, reinforcement learning, or policy learning
- Ability to work across model hosting, backend engineering, frontend development, and UI
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to design and ship model integrations, finetunes, and interfaces
- Optimize model latency and output quality in customer robot environments
- Identify high-value customer use cases and prototype solutions quickly
- Expand technologies into new domains
- Prototype techniques from recent research papers
