About the Role
You will lead and deliver complex customer deployments while building the Forward Deployed Engineering function. You will set technical standards, engineering practices, and delivery models; hire and develop engineers; oversee technical quality; staff engagements; and create reusable architectures, tooling, and playbooks.

Responsibilities
- Drive customer adoption of CurieOS
- Deliver complex customer deployments by writing production code, designing architectures, building integrations, and debugging issues
- Own deployment technical quality from prototype through production
- Design systems connecting software, data, and physical infrastructure
- Develop reusable integration patterns
- Own engagements from technical discovery through production deployment and adoption
- Set, measure, and report engagement KPIs
- Build and lead the Forward Deployed Engineering function
- Hire, develop, and manage Forward Deployed Engineers
- Set the technical bar through code and architecture review
- Staff engagements based on technical complexity and individual strengths
- Codify successful approaches into reusable architectures, tooling, and playbooks
