About the Role
This customer-facing engineering role combines product engineering, sales engineering, and technical consulting. The engineer embeds with strategic partners, builds production workflows and applications, designs agentic systems with evaluation and feedback loops, performs threat modeling, implements Non-Human Identity policies, leads technical enablement, and translates field insights into reusable accelerators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, and deployments.
- Strong experience with GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Strong full-stack proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Java.
- Experience shipping production-quality code in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience deploying agentic workflows and agent orchestration.
- Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI workflows and systems.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled developer tools such as Gemini Code Assist, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Strong customer empathy, low ego, and exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes or GKE and containerized environments.
- Active Google Cloud certification or willingness to obtain one within one month of joining.
- US citizenship.
- Preferred: software consulting, multi-cloud, customer-facing or technical pre-sales, compliance, security, and engineering mentorship experience.
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer teams to design, build, and deploy workflows and applications.
- Design agentic workflows with evaluation and feedback loops for AI performance and safety.
- Perform threat modeling and implement Non-Human Identity policies and enterprise guardrails.
- Serve as the principal technical interface to client leadership and stakeholders.
- Run client workshops, technical trainings, and hackathons.
- Translate field insights into reusable patterns, accelerators, and playbooks.
- Ship production-quality code in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
