About the Role

Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, design and implement solutions integrating with Lovable, translate usage insights into platform improvements, own projects from architecture through iteration, and help define the Forward Deployed Engineering function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack products
  • Proficiency in React and TypeScript
  • Robust backend development skills
  • Strong architectural thinking
  • Familiarity with distributed systems
  • Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and learn from real usage
  • Exceptional product intuition and ability to work directly with users
  • Experience operating in high-ambiguity, high-agency environments

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, needs, and problems
  • Design and implement customer solutions that integrate with Lovable
  • Translate real-world usage insights into foundational platform improvements
  • Own projects end-to-end from idea and architecture through shipping and iteration
  • Shape Forward Deployed Engineering rituals, playbooks, and organizational design
  • Contribute to core product strategy, technical decisions, and cultural foundations
