Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack products
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Robust backend development skills
- Strong architectural thinking
- Familiarity with distributed systems
- Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and learn from real usage
- Exceptional product intuition and ability to work directly with users
- Experience operating in high-ambiguity, high-agency environments
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, needs, and problems
- Design and implement customer solutions that integrate with Lovable
- Translate real-world usage insights into foundational platform improvements
- Own projects end-to-end from idea and architecture through shipping and iteration
- Shape Forward Deployed Engineering rituals, playbooks, and organizational design
- Contribute to core product strategy, technical decisions, and cultural foundations
