About the Role
You will embed with strategic customers to build production applications using Claude models. You will deliver deployment artifacts, support enterprise implementations, identify repeatable patterns, and translate customer needs into safe and reliable AI solutions. You will maintain customer relationships and travel to customer sites as needed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role or software engineering with consulting experience
- Production experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience shipping production applications
- Strong customer communication and cross-organizational collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Responsibilities
- Build production applications within customer systems using Claude models
- Deliver MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills for production workflows
- Provide deployment support for enterprise implementations
- Identify and codify repeatable deployment patterns
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and AI product-development practices
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify AI deployment opportunities
- Travel to customer sites, estimated at 25%
- Represent Anthropic in customer environments
