About the Role
You will turn customer needs into measurable agentic workflows and lead the design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents. You will ship platform features, own use cases end to end, create reusable delivery patterns, and travel to customer and partner sites.
Requirements
- Production-grade Python software development
- RAG and agentic application development
- Knowledge of ReAct or Plan-and-Execute patterns
- Knowledge of frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
- Evaluation-framework development for agent accuracy, safety, and latency
- Customer-facing technical delivery experience
- End-to-end use-case ownership
Responsibilities
- Translate customer business problems into agentic workflows with success criteria
- Design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents
- Build and ship platform features through production
- Scope and shape use cases end to end
- Contribute reusable delivery frameworks and patterns
- Build alignment and raise engineering quality
- Travel up to 20–40% to work with customers and partners
