About the Role
You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on vehicles and autonomous-vehicle systems. You will complete work orders and documentation, follow standard operating procedures, capture diagnostic data, and escalate issues while supporting safe fleet operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of fleet, automotive, or technical-operations experience
- Experience with maintenance or mechanical systems
- Experience working on heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers
- Electrical repair experience, including wiring-harness repair and connector termination
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work a 10-hour shift from 2:00 PM–12:30 AM, Wednesday–Saturday
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Execute vehicle maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks
- Complete work orders accurately and on time
- Perform inspections and basic repairs following SOPs
- Work with autonomous-vehicle sensors, diagnostics, and system checks
- Capture required logs, photos, and diagnostic data
- Follow AV workflows and escalate issues
- Follow SOPs and complete required documentation
- Participate in shift briefs, debriefs, and handoffs
