About the Role
You will support operational teams with procurement and supply budgets across France and Germany. You will contribute to annual and multiyear budgeting, prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, analyze variances, manage purchasing and supplier-payment activities, support customer billing reviews, issue invoices, and track collections.
Requirements
- Higher education in finance, business, university studies, or engineering
- Two years of professional experience in audit and/or industrial business controlling
- Operational English
- Financial planning and reporting skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to communicate with operational teams
Responsibilities
- Support operational teams in monitoring procurement and supply budgets
- Define action plans when budget variances arise
- Contribute to annual and multiyear budget exercises
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and variance analyses
- Support purchase-order receipts, supplier payments, and purchase requests
- Support commercial teams during customer billing reviews
- Issue invoices and track collections
- Deliver cross-functional finance activities, including KPI and benchmark preparation
