About the Role
You will support the application of the Risk Management Framework by delivering accurate risk events, assessing regulatory impact, responding to enquiries, producing management information, and improving processes and controls. You will support audits and client risk meetings, manage action plans, deliver risk training, and act as a subject matter expert for the designated risk system.

Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate risk events to clients and assess regulatory impact
- Challenge risk events and causal themes to reduce recurrence
- Respond to client enquiries
- Produce monthly risk-event management information
- Identify process efficiencies and improvements
- Partner with the business to improve the control environment
- Drive risk-event and audit action plans to completion
- Support first-line risk enquiries
- Deliver risk-focused training
- Attend client meetings and discuss risk-event themes and trends
- Support internal and external audits
- Resolve client-meeting actions within agreed timescales
- Use the designated risk system as the repository for risk-event information
- Promote a risk-aware culture
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
