About the Role
As a FinCrime Fraud Analyst, you will provide exceptional customer support while promoting a safe, secure, and compliant environment. You will work in the first line of defence, reviewing and investigating fraud cases, making decisions on outcomes, escalating unusual activity to internal experts, following policies and guidelines, and cooperating with other teams. The role involves rotational 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, within a 24/7/365 operation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role is valued
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English
- Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working rotational 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, 24/7/365
Responsibilities
- Review, investigate, and make decisions on the outcome of fraud cases

- Act in accordance with written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines
