About the Role

You will develop and execute capital policies, manage equity transactions and capital market financing, lead M&A and investment projects from sourcing through completion, and coordinate negotiations with legal, accounting, tax, banking, securities, and rating advisors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development or capital alliances at a company, securities advisory or capital markets, or M&A advisory at a consulting firm
• Basic knowledge of corporate finance, company law, capital policy, organizational restructuring, accounting, and taxation
• Business-level or higher English proficiency for reading and drafting disclosure materials and contracts and conducting meetings
• Communication skills for smooth coordination and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
• Project execution ability and attention to detail
• Experience using generative AI in business

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute capital policies
• Manage new share issuances, secondary offerings, capital increases and reductions, and transfers
• Plan, operate, and manage commercial paper and bond financing and coordinate with rating agencies
• Source, conduct due diligence for, negotiate contracts for, value, and manage M&A and investment projects
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, tax, securities, banking, and rating advisors
