About the Role
You will develop and execute capital policies, manage equity transactions and capital market financing, lead M&A and investment projects from sourcing through completion, and coordinate negotiations with legal, accounting, tax, banking, securities, and rating advisors.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development or capital alliances at a company, securities advisory or capital markets, or M&A advisory at a consulting firm
- Basic knowledge of corporate finance, company law, capital policy, organizational restructuring, accounting, and taxation
- Business-level or higher English proficiency for reading and drafting disclosure materials and contracts and conducting meetings
- Communication skills for smooth coordination and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
- Project execution ability and attention to detail
- Experience using generative AI in business
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute capital policies
- Manage new share issuances, secondary offerings, capital increases and reductions, and transfers
- Plan, operate, and manage commercial paper and bond financing and coordinate with rating agencies
- Source, conduct due diligence for, negotiate contracts for, value, and manage M&A and investment projects
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, tax, securities, banking, and rating advisors
