About the Role
You will serve as the face of the branch, support valued clients each day, handle front-lobby transactions, and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships. You will introduce clients to appropriate resources, apply compliance knowledge, and help colleagues adopt new technology.
Requirements
- Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience
- Ability to prepare for Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
- Interpersonal skills and client-engagement ability
- Ability to assess client needs and identify opportunities
- Attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills
