Financial Data Application Specialist, Corporate
Skills
About the Role
You'll sit at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical implementation for AlphaSense's financial data products. You'll build relationships with prospects and clients, providing deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense's financial data while helping to drive adoption. You'll partner with sales, product, marketing and leadership teams to help shape future product developments that resonate with the market. You'll assist sales in demos and strategic trials, run trial training calls, and help overcome common objections. You'll work hand in hand with account management, speaking with and visiting users to provide advanced training, customizations, and product consultations, often building custom templates or bespoke modeling tools. You'll act as a subject matter expert in quantitative analysis for investment and valuation decisions, packaging use cases into how-to videos, enablement material, and support articles. You'll field client feedback and identify product opportunities, relaying information across the organization. You'll act as an escalation point for product and support teams on difficult scenarios, particularly those involving Excel Add-ins, and help resolve challenges integrating modeling solutions into client workflows. You'll work comfortably in a leaner EMEA team structure, flexing across sales, CS, and product-support skillsets while collaborating with the larger US-based Financial Data team.
