About the Role
You will support monthly financial consolidation, reconcile inputs and validate figures. You will review expense requests, track budgets and variances, perform cost analyses, and focus on HR controlling and software spend. You will also control credit-card expenses and help improve controlling processes.
Requirements
- Spreadsheet skills
- Financial analysis skills
- Fluency in English
- Interest in crypto
- Current or near-completion study in economics, finance, business or a related field
Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial consolidation by preparing and reconciling inputs
- Review and approve expense requests against policy and budget
- Track actuals against budget, maintain reporting and highlight variances
- Perform cost analyses and produce findings and recommendations
- Manage HR controlling for headcount, payroll and people-related costs
- Analyse software spend, including licences, subscriptions and vendor costs
- Control credit-card expenses
- Improve controlling processes
