About the Role

You will support day-to-day finance and accounting operations by running AP reports, processing and recording vendor invoices, uploading invoices and supporting documentation to finance platforms, coordinating and notifying vendors of payments, maintaining and updating financial reports, and ensuring data accuracy across internal systems.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Reliable handling of financial data and documentation
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with a distributed global team
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
  • At least two years of experience working in Finance
  • Proactive and self-driven with a solutions-first mindset
  • Familiarity with Google Spreadsheet and Excel
  • Strong proficiency in English speaking and writing
  • Valid passport and ability to travel
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Experience working in a remote environment with international teams
  • Experience with Looker Data Studio

Responsibilities

  • Run AP reports and track payments
  • Process and record vendor invoices in internal systems
  • Upload invoices and supporting documentation to finance platforms

  • Collect invoices and maintain invoice platform
  • Maintain and update financial reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across multiple internal platforms
  • Support stakeholders by ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date
