About the Role
You will process supplier invoices, reconcile transactions, support monthly close, and maintain supplier, receipt, expense, and payment records. You will prepare customer invoices, resolve discrepancies, communicate with suppliers and colleagues, and improve recurring finance processes using software and AI.

- Process supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies and obtain approvals
- Support monthly close by reconciling transactions and following up on outstanding items
- Maintain supplier details, receipts and expense records
- Prepare customer invoices, track payments and answer finance questions
- Identify recurring errors, document processes and reduce manual work using software and AI
- Support operations research, analysis and process-improvement projects
