The platform integrates with existing payroll systems like ADP, Gusto, and Workday through a single API, eliminating the need for system migrations. Toku also offers employer of record services for hiring and managing international employees in multiple countries without establishing local entities.

About the Role
You will own the compliance calendar and ensure all filing obligations are tracked and met. You will coordinate global VAT and US state tax filings, manage statutory annual filings and transfer pricing documentation, supervise external consultants, produce monthly compliance reports for leadership, and improve processes through automation.
Requirements
- Finance or business degree
- 3-5 years of similar compliance experience
- Working knowledge of VAT and GST mechanics
- Working knowledge of US state tax compliance
- Working knowledge of corporate income tax coordination and statutory annual filings
- Experience managing external consultants and service providers
- Strong written communication
- Bias toward automation and comfort adopting LLMs
- Self-directed and calendar-driven ownership of deliverables
