About the Role
You will partner with Operations, People, and Legal stakeholders in Brazil. You will support local-entity setup, manage budgets and forecasts, build financial models and dashboards, track operating costs, maintain financial controls, support audits, and present recommendations in Portuguese and English.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations finance or controllership
- Financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP
- Professional English proficiency
- Fluent Portuguese
Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations, People, and Legal teams
- Support Brazilian entity setup, banking, cost modeling, and scenario planning
- Ensure financial processes comply with Brazilian regulatory requirements
- Own the operations budget, monthly forecasts, and rolling forecasts
- Build financial models for headcount, vendor, and facility costs
- Track and report operational costs
- Identify savings opportunities and govern spending approvals
- Maintain controls for payroll, accounts payable, and expense reporting
- Support external audits and statutory obligations
- Produce financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations
