About the Role

You will support financial routines, controls, reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and local administrative processes for the European operation. You will assist Compliance with customer financial-capacity verification, onboarding documentation, reviews, and monitoring. You will also manage the Lisbon office's administration, suppliers, contracts, facilities, purchases, meetings, events, and executive visits.

Requirements

  • Background in Finance, Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Law with a financial or regulatory focus, or related fields
  • Previous experience in finance, operations, internal controls, auditing, consulting, operational compliance, or structured administrative areas
  • Analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple areas and priorities
  • Ability to work with teams in Portugal and Brazil
  • Interest in technology, cryptoassets, financial markets, and regulated innovation

Responsibilities

  • Support financial monitoring, controls, reports, and management analysis
  • Track expenses, suppliers, payments, budgets, and local administrative processes
  • Support closing, reconciliation, forecasting, and internal reporting routines
  • Organize data and documents for audits, controls, and accountability
  • Support Compliance operations and customer financial-capacity verification
  • Organize documentation and controls for onboarding, registration reviews, and monitoring
  • Improve processes, automation, and operational standardization
  • Manage office administration, suppliers, contracts, facilities, and purchases
  • Support meetings, agendas, internal events, and executive visits
