About the Role
You will serve as a customer-facing technical expert for simulation, synthetic environments, and AI-enabled mission systems. You will lead technical engagements, demonstrations, proposals, and capture activities; translate mission requirements into solutions; develop technical sales assets; and communicate product capabilities, constraints, and integration considerations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant modeling and simulation, training, test and evaluation, systems engineering, solutions engineering, or technical sales experience
- Hands-on experience with defense simulation, training, or test environments for military or government customers
- Experience with image generation, platform-in-a-box systems, synthetic environments, threat models, constructive entities, sensor simulation, scenario generation, or LVC environments
- Understanding of simulation use in training, mission rehearsal, experimentation, test and evaluation, and capability development
- Customer-facing technical engagement and proposal support experience
- Ability to translate customer needs into feasible solution concepts and product feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate independently across international customer engagements
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert for simulation, synthetic environments, and AI-enabled mission systems
- Support customer discovery, briefings, demonstrations, RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and capture activities
- Translate mission needs and technical requirements into solution concepts
- Support European, NATO, and allied defense simulation customers
- Explain simulation, image generation, sensor simulation, scenario generation, and LVC technologies
- Represent customer requirements, risks, roadmap gaps, and field feedback
- Develop capability briefs, demo scripts, solution templates, FAQs, white papers, and briefing materials
- Ensure customer-facing materials accurately represent product capabilities and constraints
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders, operational users, and defense partners
