About the Role
You will manage agent-network product rollouts across Niamey and upcountry. You will train and support agents, monitor liquidity and performance, enforce compliance, identify operational risks, close underperforming agents, and maintain excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French
- Ideally, command of an additional local language
- At least 2 years of relevant experience managing an agent network in Niger
- At least 1 year of experience managing field-based teams
- Familiarity with Tahoua, Tilaberi, Niamey, Maradi, and Dosso
- Work authorization in Niger
Responsibilities
- Ensure agent quality and compliance with legal and policy requirements
- Train agents on applications, contracts, rebalancing options, and fraud management
- Coordinate agent branding and equipment
- Monitor cash and float availability at agent locations
- Conduct routine visits to assess agent performance and report emerging risks
- Identify and close underperforming agents and recover equipment
- Serve as the primary contact for agency networks in the territory
- Champion customer service among distributors and agents
