About the Role
You will own technical scoping and implementation for complex enterprise requirements. You will build integrations, configure and optimize production AI agents, diagnose live customer issues, guide customers on using AI in their technology stack, and provide technical enablement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience owning highly ambiguous and technical projects
- Production-grade Python, SQL, or similar programming skills
- Experience building integrations with third-party APIs and enterprise systems
- Ability to translate customer engineering discussions into implementation plans
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery for critical enterprise opportunities
- Design and deliver integrations with enterprise telephony and CCaaS platforms
- Configure and optimize enterprise AI agents using Agent Operating Procedures
- Diagnose and resolve issues in live customer instances
- Lead customer discussions about applying AI in their technology stack
- Educate customers on extracting value from the platform
