About the Role
You will maintain buildings, grounds, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, carpentry, and finishes. You will respond to work tickets, perform preventive maintenance, support moves and events, operate lifts, and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to work at elevated heights
- Availability for extended hours, weekends, non-standard schedules, and on-call rotation
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, transformer, and carpentry requests
- Maintain assigned interior and exterior areas
- Inspect and repair walls, floors, fixtures, doors, hardware, and building envelopes
- Respond to work tickets and complete preventive maintenance
- Support janitorial and site staff with moves, waste disposal, and event setup and teardown
- Support campus-wide maintenance programs
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
- Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets
- Follow safety guidelines
